About the Head Organizer

There is a reason for this being Armand's title which will be abbreviated to HOG to avoid any dirty words. CNP does not have a leader. The members do not gather around and listen to a speech. The members are not required to follow a single word asked of them. Organizations do require to be...organized. Some organizing has been known to be done by average Joe's from time to time as well.

So why the HOG? Put simply, there needs to be one. HOGs arise is any gathering of friends. There will always be one person who is reaching out to all other members of the friend group to try to put something together. If you were to think about your current friend circle, you could probably determine the HOG of your group.

In an organization the likes of CNP, one that seeks out not only to provide its own brand of peer support deserving of the unique name "Friend Therapy', but aims to raise awareness of and bring much needed change to the saddening conditions of underfunded psychiatric facilities in the US, there is simply no avoiding the necessity of a HOG

Our HOG recognizes various ways to make CNP known, accomplish it's goals and asks members who would like do volunteer their free time making it happen. Always self conscious of being perceived as bossy, CNP's HOG makes extra sure that the vast majority of the work load falls upon him. This mentality doesn't end with the workload. It was a sworn vow by the HOG to never use CNP to earn any sort of money. With the new project CNP for the WIN necessarily requiring charitable donations, this raised great concern for our HOG. He made a new vow. Not a single cent of a donation will be accepted until all of the red tape and fees associated with running a non profit were paid entirely out of his own pocket. In addition, his work will be 100% voluntary until(with many charitable folks) CNP for the WIN grows to a point where the HOG would not be able to function without receiving a reasonable salary. The Salary of every paid staffer in CNP for the WIN will be public knowledge which anyone can verify. We only wish we were wealthy enough to fund our cause out of pocket.

Now that Armand will no doubt begin to be nicknamed HOG, he'll probably enjoy his name being mentioned only twice in this article and hope future members will come to become far more familiar with the names Friend Therapy, CNP, and CNP for the WIN
